TESTIMONIALS

Mind The Gap has worked with Olympic, Professional and Collegiate Athletes all the way down to youth sports. Here’s what they have to say about MTG

“Working with Coach Ducroz at Purdue University was such a positive and productive experience. Full of energy and always smiling, she knows how to get the best out of each and every person. Working with your weaknesses while highlighting your strengths makes training with her so much fun!”  -Val Nichols Pro Volleyball Player (Potsdam Germany) and former Purdue Volleyball Player

I had the honor of being coached by Brittney Ducroz when I was a member on the Purdue Women’s basketball team. In the short amount of time that I had the pleasure of working with her, I learned so much about correct and safe technique. Coach Ducroz was the first person to show me how to correctly and comfortably position my feet while squatting. This was a major tool for me since I was coming off an ACL injury. Not only is Coach Ducroz extremely knowledgeable in her field, the energy and commitment she puts into making sure everyone is performing at their best at all times is one small factor that makes her one of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the world. -KK Houser Professional European Basketball Player and former Purdue Basketball Player

How do you thank someone enough for totally enriching your life? Perhaps even helping to add years to it? My gratitude to Micaela is strong and deep. I have never been comfortable doing anything athletic or in a gym setting. I can truly say that I now feel empowered working out and more at ease when I walk into the gym today. My transformation has been slow and sometimes painful. My dedication hasn't always been there and my belief in myself sometimes at rock bottom. However, Micaela always, always pushed me in the best of ways. She was firm yet understanding letting me move through this journey at my own pace with consistent and steady leadership. The day my mental barriers broke was truly amazing and I realized what a blessing I had. My diet, physical activity, and quality of life are all greatly improved thanks to her influence. She has had a far reaching, long lasting, and profound impact on my life. Truly what I envision a strength coach should be." -Jennifer E.

“I met Brittney my freshman year at Purdue University while training with the women's basketball team. She pushed me passed my limits and made me a better athlete. Thanks for leaving a lasting mark on my athletic career, Britt!” -April Wilson Former Purdue Basket Ball Player

Training with Britt for the past three years has made me a better athlete physically and mentally. Her knowledge in providing individual workouts, recovery, and nutrition has helped me become more confident on and off the field. Britt has helped me work towards my goals as an athlete, and can’t express how grateful I am to be working with her. -Bri Moore University of Eastern Oklahoma Softball Pitcher

I had the honor of being coached by Brittney during her time at the University of Houston
The passion and energy she brought everyday was one of a kind.
She pushed me out of my comfort zone and challenged me everyday. Not only did she make me a better well versed athlete, she invested in me as a person.
If you want someone passionate and knowledgeable about their profession that will make you better, definitely train with Brittney.
-Kayla Holland former University of Houston Softball Player
